Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how dstockify collects, isolates, uses, and safeguards information processed within our B2B SaaS platform ecosystem.

1. Data Collection Categories

We process data strictly required to maintain high-performance enterprise supply chain workflows:

  • →
Identity and Contact Data: Corporate email addresses, business registration numbers, warehouse geographical locations, and authorized user profiles.
  • →
System and Cryptographic Metadata: Public key infrastructure (PKI) identifiers used for hardware-bound session isolation, device telemetry, and automated system access logs.
  • →
Tenant Data: Automated inventory uploads, stock levels, batch dates (FEFO telemetry), and GS1 cataloging metadata.

2. Strict Tenant Isolation

We implement strict multi-tenant logical barriers to ensure your corporate, customer, and inventory records are structurally isolated from other system tenants. We process business data to fulfill our contractual obligations to your corporate entity, optimize infrastructure performance, and comply with binding legal requirements. We do not sell corporate or user data to third-party brokers.

3. International Privacy Adjustments

While dstockify primarily handles enterprise data, to the extent that any information constitutes "personal data" under global privacy frameworks (such as GDPR or CCPA):

Hypermoon Studio acts as a Data Processor concerning tenant-uploaded inventory and internal access logs. The Client corporate entity acts as the Data Controller.

Data is retained as long as the tenant subscription remains active or as strictly required by commercial tax, auditing, and public transport data legislation.
