Welcome to dstockify (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Hypermoon Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our multi-tenant B2B inventory management and marketplace ecosystem, you ("Client", "Tenant", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
B2B Requirement Notice The Platform is exclusively a Business-to-Business (B2B) application. Use by individual consumers for personal or domestic use is strictly prohibited.
1. Account Registration & Tenant Isolation
- [1.1]Cryptographic Device Binding: To secure your tenant environment, the Platform utilizes hardware-bound session isolation via cryptographic device binding. You are solely responsible for managing authorized hardware devices. We accept no liability for access failures resulting from lost, compromised, or unauthorized rotation of physical hardware tokens or device keys.
- [1.2]Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your tenant credentials, API signatures, and all activities occurring under your administrative domain.
2. Platform Licensing & Acceptable Use
- [2.1]SaaS License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for internal business operations.
- [2.2]Prohibited Conduct: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; bypass, disable, or circumvent any tenant isolation protocols; or use the Platform to catalog, manage, or trade illegal substances or hazardous materials violating local laws.
3. Marketplace Transactions & Inventory Data
- [3.1]Data Accuracy: Tenants are solely responsible for the accuracy of inventory data uploaded to the Platform, including First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) batches and GS1 Global Product Classification data.
- [3.2]B2B Interactions: The Platform acts as a technical venue for multi-tenant marketplace interactions. We are not a party to, nor do we guarantee the execution, quality, or legality of transactions occurring between independent tenants.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypermoon Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, inventory depreciation, or system downtime resulting from data desynchronization.
